Description

Bes by Can Rich is an organic rosé wine of limited production, made from Tempranillo and Monastrell grapes grown on the Can Rich estate in Buscastell, in the inland area of Ibiza. The limestone terroir, associated with a Mediterranean climate, offers optimal conditions for aromatic expression and wine balance.

The grapes are gently pressed to obtain a clear and fragrant must, which ferments at a controlled temperature to preserve the fruit's fragrance. The wine is produced without any wood aging to enhance its freshness and drinkability.

On the nose, it is fragrant with notes of rose petals and lilac, followed by red fruits like wild strawberries, raspberries, quince, and dark plum. On the palate, it has an elegant texture, vibrant acidity, and a fresh, well-balanced finish.

It pairs ideally with seafood dishes, light appetizers, or gourmet salads served cold.
