Description

Can Rich Rosat is an organic rosé wine made from Monastrell grapes grown on the Buscastell estate, in a Mediterranean climate tempered by the proximity to the sea. The fine calcareous soils contribute to the wine's balance and good preservation of its aromatic components.

After a gentle pressing of the grapes, the must ferments at a controlled temperature to preserve the varietal aromas. The wine is bottled young to best express the freshness of the fruit.

It shows a pale pink color, with intense aromas of wild rose, red fruits such as raspberry, currant, and cherry, and sweet notes of figs and candy. The taste is soft yet lively, well-balanced, with a dry and flavorful finish.

Perfect with fish carpaccios, vegetarian tapas, or fresh cheeses.
