Description

The Rosat Spumante Brut Nature by Can Rich is an organic rosé sparkling wine made from Monastrell and Moscatel Grano Menudo grapes, grown on the Buscastell estate. The wine expresses the aromatic elegance of the Ibizan varieties with a lively touch.

The winemaking follows the traditional method with 12 months of aging on the lees. The result is a complex, creamy, and refreshing wine with great balance and persistence.

On the nose, rose, lavender, menthol, wild strawberries, and candied fruit emerge on a pastry background. On the palate, it is rich, vibrant, with a dry and aromatic finish that invites another sip.

Excellent with delicate cold cuts, shellfish, or soft cheeses.
