Description
The Vino Nobile di Montepulciano Bossona reserve of the Cantina Dei is born in vineyards located in the splendid setting of the Sienese hills.
It is produced exclusively with Sangiovese grapes, which undergo soft pressing, fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature of 26-28 ° C and maceration for a period of 28 days. The wine is aged for 36 months in oak barrels, followed by 12 months in bottle.
It is a wine of great structure, elegant and balanced. Characterized by a ruby red color tending to garnet, it presents intense and elegant aromas, with notes of violet and undergrowth undertones. In the mouth it is velvety, with firm but soft tannins and a long and deep finish.
Ideal in combination with fine red meats and elaborate meat dishes, such as important roasts, it is perfect to accompany mature cheeses.
