Description

The Rosé Wine Matilde from Cascina Corte is a fresh and balanced wine, characterized by a pleasant acidity. It is obtained from a selection of grapes from different vineyards, grown on calcareous soils with blue tuff, exposed to the south and southeast at an altitude of 480 meters.

The winemaking process takes place without the addition of yeast, with spontaneous fermentation and without filtration or clarification. This natural approach allows the intrinsic characteristics of the grapes to be preserved and best expresses the terroir of origin.

In the glass, it shows a pale and brilliant pink color. On the nose, intense fruity aromas of currant, strawberry, and cherry emerge, also found on the palate, where the wine is fresh, balanced, and has good acidity, making it extremely enjoyable to drink.

Ideal as an aperitif, it pairs perfectly with light fish dishes, summer salads, and fresh cheeses, enhancing the freshness and delicacy of the flavors.
