Description

Glera in purity that originates in the most suitable vineyards of Pordenone, "Dolceriva" takes its name from the union of the word "riva", which in Venetian dialect is associated with the word "lato, steep slope" and the word "dolce", to to mean a lively, cheeky and easy-going Blanc de Blancs, the ideal companion to accompany a “Dolcevita” style aperitif.

Pale straw yellow in the glass, the perlage is dense, minute, persistent and inviting. The nose is soon intoxicated by fruity hints, among which the scent of the Golden apple stands out. The sip is firm, dry, with great character.

The most suitable wine to accompany the aperitif will be sublime in combination with a polenta and cod crouton.
