Description

Blanc Brut by Terrazze dell’Etna is a sparkling wine produced in the territory of Randazzo, on the slopes of Mount Etna, made from Chardonnay grapes grown on volcanic soils rich in stones. The altitude and pedoclimatic conditions give the wine freshness, elegance, and a strong sense of place.

Vinification follows the Traditional Method, with gentle pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation, followed by aging on fine lees which contributes to its complexity and aromatic finesse.

It presents a pale straw yellow color and a fine, persistent perlage. The nose is intense, refined, and elegant, with notes of toasted bread, flint, and hints of white-fleshed fruit. The palate is fresh and harmonious, with a creamy mousse and good persistence.

It pairs perfectly with shellfish, fish dishes, and raw fish preparations.
