Description

The Blanc de Blanc Quality Classic Method Sparkling Wine of Tenuta Mazzolino is born in vineyards located in the municipality of Corvino San Quirico, in the province of Pavia.

It is entirely produced with Chardonnay grapes, harvested early by hand in small boxes. After soft pressing of the whole grapes, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18-20 ° C, and in small part in barriques. Once the "base wine" is assembled, it follows the second fermentation by refermentation in the bottle, according to the Classic Method, with aging on the lees for at least 18 months.

The Blanc de Blanc Classic Method of Tenuta Mazzolino is characterized by a pale straw yellow color, and a fine and persistent perlage. The nose opens with a large and characteristic bouquet, with hints of white flowers and exotic fruit. In the mouth it proves pleasantly fresh and soft, delicate and balanced.

Excellent to serve fresh as an aperitif, it is ideal in combination with appetizers, fish-based first courses, shellfish and vegetarian dishes.
