Description

Romantic Passion Osé (Prosé) Blanc di Gancia was born in vineyards located in the heart of the Asti and Cuneo hills.

This sparkling wine comes from the assembly of white berried grapes, vinified and left to ferment in steel at a controlled temperature of 16-18 ° C. The sparkling process follows the Martinotti or Charmat medoto, with a fermentation duration of about 40 days, followed by aging.

Romantic Passion Osé Blanc has a straw yellow color, with a fine and persistent perlage. The nose offers a floral bouquet reminiscent of white flowers and peach blossoms, well supported by fruity notes of Renetta apple. In the mouth it proves a very easy to drink wine, with good intensity and with a savory aftertaste and good persistence.

Perfect for the aperitif moment, it also goes very well with light appetizers based on fish or vegetables.
