The Caprice Falanghina Brut of Capri Moonlight is a fresh and fragrant sparkling wine.

Born from 100% Falanghina grapes harvested on the coasts of Campania and softly pressed, and obtained with the Charmat method which maintains all its freshness, this sparkling wine is a real passepartout that goes well with everything!

Its fruity and fresh aromas of cedar, white fruit and yeast recall Capri and its vegetation, and its intense and balanced taste makes it ideal for many combinations.

Caprice Brut Rosè by Capri Moonlight is a fresh and fragrant sparkling wine, born from the best Aglianico grapes.

The whole grapes are pressed without destemming, with a short maceration on the skins to extract the colour. Fermentation takes place in steel vats at a controlled temperature for 10 days. Finally the wine remains in a pressurized tank for 5 months after the second fermentation.

In the glass the wine appears pale pink. Notes of red fruit and yeast notes emerge on the nose. The sip is fresh and harmonious. An ideal rosé sparkling wine to be shared during an aperitif, but also suitable to accompany appetizers and first courses based on fish and vegetables.
