Description

Domaine Guyon's Vosne Romanée Premier Cru En Orveaux was born in the Côte de Nuits wine-growing area, renowned for the production of Pinot Noir grapes.

It is produced entirely with Pinot Noir grapes, mainly hand picked and selected. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature for 25-28 days. Subsequently the wine ages for 10-14 months in new oak barrels, before being bottled, without being subjected to filtration.

Domaine Guyon's Premier Cru En Orveaux has an intense and deep ruby red color. The nose opens with elegant hints of small red fruits and undergrowth, enriched by enveloping notes of leather. In the mouth it proves structured, warm and enveloping.

This wine is perfect to accompany red meats and aged cheeses.
