Description
Le Haut Lieu is the name of the 8 ha vineyard located around Tours, in the AOC Vouvray, from which this Chenin Blanc comes, worked according to biodynamic criteria.
Fermentation takes place spontaneously in French oak demi-muids with temperature control. Then the wine ages in steel where it evolves while preserving its organoleptic characteristics.
Bright golden yellow in color, it releases intense fruity aromas of citrus and pear. In the mouth it is vibrant and balanced, pleasantly sapid and persistent.
To be combined with fish dishes, it goes well with shellfish and seafood.
