Wayan Baladin

Baladin's Wayan is a very particular beer in its composition. In fact, its ingredients include five cereals (barley, spelled, wheat, rye and buckwheat) and nine types of spices, including five of pepper. Resumes the style of the Saison of Belgian tradition.

It is a light blonde beer. The nose has a remarkable complexity, with a scent of orange blossom flowers that blends with hints of pear and bergamot, to which are added hints of champagne and citrus. In the mouth you can feel the cereals and their lightness, followed by a spicy aftertaste and a bitter finish to create an original and pleasant flavor.

This beer goes perfectly with fish and shellfish dishes. The combination with white meats is also excellent.
