Description

The Weizen of the Petrognola Brewery represents a reinterpretation of the most famous German beer model. In fact, Roberto Giannarelli manages to find a completely original interpretation for this beer, replacing wheat (as in the classic blend), his wild relative, spelled, present both in the form of malt and raw.

This beer has a classic blonde color with golden highlights. The nose offers a complex perfume, with the classic notes of white-fleshed fruit that blend with spicy, floral and educated rural and herbaceous sensations. In the mouth the rusticity of the spelled makes itself felt, managing to maintain a softness worthy of note, in a light body.

The Weizen with spelled from Petrognola is perfect for the aperitif moment, it proves excellent in combination with light appetizers and pizza.
