Description
Directly from the vineyards of the Great Southern, in the wine-growing area of Western Australia, which benefits from a mild and temperate climate, the Burch Family Wines company has been producing wines since 1986 that tell the magic of this land so far away, such as Mad Fish Riesling, a lively white with character, lively and convivial.
It presents itself to the eye with a pale straw yellow color, with greenish reflections. A subtle and citrus nose with notes of lime, lemon and unripe white fruit marries a fresh, sparkling and pleasantly tasty palate.
Thanks to its eclectic organoleptic profile, it admirably marries dishes based on citrus fruits, fish or white meats: certainly to try with a lemon escalope and grilled sea bass.
