The Ca' Viola project is the result of great attention. Beppe Caviola's debut in the wine world dates back to 1991, after a long experience and careful knowledge in the oenological field convinced him to bottle his first Dolcetto and produce Barolo in 2005. Between oenological consulting and the purchase of a 19th-century villa in Dogliani, Ca' Viola soon integrated hospitality within wine production, always keeping an eye on the supremacy of the territory and the dialogue with the people who inhabit it.
From this long observation, the best wines of Ca' Viola are born, such as Barolo Sottocastello di Novello, rich and dense with hints of chocolate and tobacco, or Dolcetto d'Alba Barturot, recognizable and charming with its rich fruity aromas. Memorable and intense is also the Langhe Nebbiolo Giblin with a complex nose featuring notes of undergrowth and damp earth. These are some of Ca' Viola's most successful promises, in the firm belief that the territory can speak through its products and that the future will always bring new and unexpected challenges.
