"Nature loves simplicity, simplicity is the form of greatness." It is in these words that Vittorio Puiatti manages to condense the philosophy of the cellar: to create simple wines, which make simplicity their form of greatness. This is how these wines are born, which bear the sign of the slow passage of time, because there is no rush in the cellar. Born from the Puiatti method, rigorous as imponderable, they are the result of poetry and fantasy.
Proudly Friulian, they are among the greatest interpreters of the yellow Ribolla in Friuli Venezia Giulia. Ribolla Gialla has its roots in Dalmatia, given that the vine is present with the name of Rebula also along the coasts of Lower Dalmatia and in the Ionian Islands, in particular in Kefalonia. It would have arrived in Friuli from the Venetian airports, to find precisely in this land the sunny hilly exposures and the dry and draining soils, which favor its best expression. It is a wine with a delicate bouquet, with fresh floral and citrus notes. On the palate it is light, with citrine acidity, which makes it very pleasant to taste at the time of the aperitif, with light appetizers or delicate fish dishes.
