Les Crêtes
The Les Crêtes winery was founded in 1989 in Aymavilles, in the Aosta Valley. Respect for the environment and the enhancement of the terroir are the principles on which the company philosophy is based, which combines tradition and innovation to create wines that fully express the peculiarities of the land in which it is born. The Alpine climate clearly influences the organoleptic characteristics of Les Crêtes wines; the strong changes in temperature due to the temperature variations between day and night, in fact, favor the maturation in the clusters of very intense aromas, which greatly enrich the aromatic component of the wines.
