The name Bosco del Sabato is derived from the river that flows through Irpinia and an ancient imaginary world made up of legends and nocturnal rites. In this land, mysterious gatherings are said to occur around the "Magic Walnut Tree," where the Janare celebrated their sabbaths. A place that combines nature, myth, and spirituality, becoming a symbol of a deep connection with one's origin.

From this inspiration, wines with a strong and unmistakable character are born: Aglianico, an authentic and vigorous expression of a principal southern grape variety, and Taurasi, noble and imposing, capable of offering elegance, structure, and great longevity. Two spirits that encapsulate the power of Irpinian nature and the enchantment of a tale passed down through the centuries.
