Fattoria Colsanto is located in the DOCG area of Montefalco, in the municipality of Bevagna, the beating heart of Umbria, the true soul of this land, immersed in gentle hills that guard ancient medieval villages of rare beauty. A historic rustic and welcoming farmhouse that dates back to the 1700s, surrounded by 20 hectares of vineyards, planted with Sagrantino, Sangiovese, Montepulciano and Merlot . Here the gaze is captivated by the intense garnet red color of Sagrantino Montefalco , which seduces the nose with the typical hints of red fruit, tobacco and spices. And Montefalco Rosso is absolutely no less: a wine with an intense ruby red color and typical aromas of ripe red fruit and purple, to which are added spicy notes, conferred by the evolution in wood. This Sagrantino di Montefalco was born inside the vineyards of Fattoria Colsanto, in Montarone, in the heart of the splendid area of Montefalco, in Umbria.

Produced entirely with Sagrantino grapes, harvested in October, the wine is left to ferment for 70% in wooden barrels and for the remaining 30% in steel. Cantaluce white wine is born in the vineyards of Fattoria Colsanto, in Montarone, in the heart of the splendid Montefalco area, in Umbria.

Produced entirely with Trebbiano Spoletino grapes, the wine is vinified in wooden barrels and barriques.

It is characterized by a straw yellow color. The nose reveals aromas of yellow flowers, chamomile, citrus fruits and aromatic herbs. The sip is fresh and mineral, with discreet persistence.

Excellent with white meats and tasty seafood cuisine.
