The Valle Isarco is the northernmost wine-growing region in Italy, a valley dug by glaciers and the Isarco river, enclosed in the heart of the Alps. Here, the vine has its roots in steep slopes and rocks that emerge from a soil made up of mostly from morainic gravels and river sediments. One of the most suggestive natural landscapes of South Tyrol, the Isarco Valley is famous for its white wines, appreciated for their subtle aroma and refined and decisive body. Thanks to cool nights, warm days and excellent ventilation, the wines produced in the Isarco Valley are characterized by great fullness and pleasant minerality.

For its terroir so suitable, it can be said that it is the undisputed kingdom of the white vines of Northern Europe: the vineyards are cultivated at an altitude between 350 and 950 meters, mainly Sylvaner, the vine in which the whole is identified region, which gives rise to proud and elegant wines; Kerner , with a persistent and slightly aromatic taste; and Riesling , which puts the sommelier guides in agreement: Bibenda and Ais attribute the maximum of their awards to him . Tasting a glass of these wines means immersing yourself body and soul in an area where time seems to be suspended.
