Inama

On the gentle Veronese hills of the municipality of San Bonifacio, stands the Inama winery, a reference point for over twenty years in the production of excellent wines from the Italian wine scene. The idea of the founder Giuseppe Inama was to make known the Soave area , whose image has been very tarnished for years, through a fine interpretation of the Sauvignon which, grown for the first time in this land, had managed to give life to a completely new version of the French variety. Thus was born, in 1991, the Classic Vulcaia Sauvignon, from which the fermented wooden version which takes the name of Vulcaia Fumé , appreciated immediately thanks to its fatness and the component of citrus, tropical fruit and coffee.

In addition to the balanced and elegant mineral and floral whites, the Inama range also consists of fine red wines, mainly obtained from the Carmenère grape variety, present in this area for more than a century, and other international grape varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot . Carmenère, capable of producing highly concentrated and full of aromatic wines, has its origins in the French region of Bordeaux, and was transferred to Italy in the second half of the nineteenth century.
