The vineyards are carefully tended to by a team of expert winegrowers, who use traditional and sustainable methods to ensure the grapes are of the highest quality. Once harvested, the winemakers use their expertise to create exceptional wines that reflect the unique terroir of Umbria.
The Montefalco Sagrantino (93 pts Maroni) is the flagship wine, known for its bold and complex flavors, the nose has aromas of plum jam, with spicy and balsamic notes. The sip is rich and powerful, with firm, well-integrated tannins and a long persistence. It is a perfect pairing with hearty dishes. The Rosso di Montefalco (90 pts Maroni) is another popular choice, with its rich and fruity notes that pair well with pasta dishes and grilled meats.
For white wine lovers, the Grechetto (93 pts Maroni) and Trebbiano are excellent choices. The Grechetto is crisp and refreshing, with hints of citrus and a delicate floral aroma. The Trebbiano, on the other hand, is more full-bodied, with a slightly nutty flavor and a smooth finish.
Umbria IGT Rosso 2020 Castelfalco
The red wine of Castelfalco was born in the heart of Italy, in Umbria. The vineyards are located with south-east exposure in the municipality of Bevagna at approx. 250 masl
The wine is a blend of Sangiovese, Merlot and Sagrantino grapes, harvested manually, according to the variety, between mid-September and early October. Once in the cellar we proceed with the classic red vinification, followed by an aging in steel tanks and in bottles of approx. 8 months.

Umbria IGT Grechetto 2021 Castelfalco
The white wine of Castelfalco is born in the heart of Italy, in Umbria, from the autochthonous white vine par excellence, the Grechetto. The vineyards are located with south-east exposure in the municipality of Spoleto at approx. 350 masl
The Grechetto grapes are harvested manually in the second half of September. Once in the cellar we proceed with the classic white vinification, followed by an aging in steel tanks on the fine lees for 3 months, followed by a short aging in the bottle.
