Cavit (Cantina Viticoltori del Trentino) is a consortium of social wineries associated in 1950 with the aim of enhancing their heritage in terms of terroir and products, unique in the national and international wine scene. Following the construction of the new cellar and the adoption of cutting-edge technologies, Cavit founded, with the collaboration of the prestigious Enological Institute of San Michele all'Adige (Edmund Mach Foundation) an advanced experimentation center from which the project originated "Il Maso" wine production destined to create products of the highest quality, real "cru" , linked to a well-defined territory, particularly suited to the production of specific vines, such as Toresella for Chardonnay and for the other whites that make up the Cuvée or Cervara for Teroldego .

The range also includes the Bottega Vinai line, wines made from grapes that come from a selection of the most suitable areas of Trentino , such as the Piana Rotaliana, the hills of Trento, Vallagarina, the Brentonico plateau, the Cavedine valley, Roveré. della Luna and the Valle dei Laghi. Finally, with Trentino Superiore wines , such as Pinot Grigio "Rulendis" (92 pt. Doctor Wine), Pinot Nero "Brusafer", Rosso "4 Vicariati" or the late harvest "Rupe Re" , a sweet wine that it is appreciated for an intertwining of aromas that recall apricot and honey, whose innate sweetness is admirably combined with its delightful freshness.
