Description
The Sparkling White Wine 330 slm of Costadilà is born to the east of the Colli Trevigiani, from the Le Serre and Campea di Miane vineyards, organically managed, which touch an altitude of 330 meters above sea level.
It is obtained from pure Glera grapes, with manual harvesting of the bunches. After crushing and maceration for 6 days, spontaneous fermentation in steel follows and aging on fine lees for 5 months. The second fermentation takes place by natural refermentation following the addition of unfermented must derived from a portion of the same grapes which withers until March.
It appears pale straw yellow with light greenish reflections. The nose brings hints of exotic fruit, accompanied by elegant mineral notes. On the palate it is full and harmonious, with a slightly bitter and pleasantly fruity finish.
Perfect for the aperitif moment, it goes very well with fish dishes. A true glou-glou wine.
