Description
The Sicily Grillo Lacuba di Rallo is located in the vineyard located in the Stagnone Lagoon Reserve, in Marsala, in the province of Trapani.
It is made entirely from Grillo grapes, harvested manually in boxes during the first 10 days of September. After a soft pressing, it follows the fermentation in acacia wood vats at a temperature of 15-16 ° C, for 8 days. Subsequently the wine ages for 6 months in cask and for further 6-8 months in glass, before being bottled.
Straw yellow in color, Lacuba di Rallo is a wine with strong mineral notes, accompanied by pleasant citrus notes. On the palate it is soft and mineral, with a beautiful freshness.
This white wine is ideal to accompany all fish dishes.
