Description
The Balsamic Vinegar of Modena from Acetaia di Canossa is the result of the balanced union between wine vinegar and typical grape musts harvested in Emilia Romagna. This vinegar ages for a short time in wooden barrels before being bottled. It is made without using any preservatives or caramel to stabilize the color.
It has a dark brown color. The nose is fragrant and penetrating, pleasantly acid and characteristic. It is appreciated for its full-bodied, round and velvety taste.
Ideal with salads, it is excellent for finishing raw boiled and boiled vegetables.
