Description
Cavicchioli Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is the result of a slow fermentation of cooked must, followed by maturation for about 3 years in fine oak barrels.
Brown and dense in appearance, it is characterized by a persistent aroma of dried fruit and ripe grapes. On the palate it is rightly bittersweet and full-bodied, with an enveloping and balanced taste.
Suitable raw with aged cheeses or for risotto, it is excellent for flavoring salads, grilled meats, but also strawberries and cream ice cream.
