The Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Reggio Emilia Silver from the Acetaia di Canossa is obtained exclusively from cooked must of Italian grapes that is aged for at least 20 years in barrels of different woods.
It is characterized by a glossy black color and a great density. The nose expresses intense aromas that tend to sweet. Soft and sweet on the palate, it offers sensations of fullness, structure and great character.
Ideal raw in mayonnaise or in sauces for boiled meats and fish, it is perfect for seasoning first courses, rich or noble dishes such as fillet of beef and goose liver.
