Description
The Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Reggio Emilia Oro from Acetaia di Canossa is a balsamic vinegar produced, in limited quantities, from only cooked must of Italian grapes, which undergoes a long aging in barrels of different woods for at least 25 years.
It has a bright black color and consistent appearance. The nose offers a range of aromas that tend more to sweet than sour, with hints of fruit, flowers and sweet spices. In the mouth it is enveloping and full, well structured and persistent.
Perfect on tasty and spicy cheeses, it is ideal with fruit, pastry creams and ice creams.
