Description
Haderburg's Alto Adige Spumante Brut Rosé was born in vineyards located in the municipality of Salorno, in Castel Haderburg, the fortress from which the company takes its name, in the heart of the extraordinary southernmost wine-growing center of South Tyrol.
It is produced with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. The wine ferments and ages partly in stainless steel tanks and a small part in barrique, before being bottled.
It is characterized by a delicate pink color. The nose opens with an elegant and intense bouquet of wild strawberry, enriched with pleasant floral notes. On the palate it is pleasantly harmonious, with a fine and lively backbone.
Perfect to accompany appetizers, it is ideal in combination with fish and shellfish dishes.
