Description

Ambrosia Day Edition is an artisanal Italian gin produced by Distilleria Indie, located in San Pietro in Campo, Tuscany. This gin draws inspiration from Italian mythology, taking its name from the "nectar of the gods," and is distinguished by the use of selected ingredients and a sustainable approach, being the first Italian zero-impact gin.

The production follows the London Dry method, with a slow distillation in a bain-marie alembic. The main botanicals include Tuscan juniper, Sicilian lemons, sage, and rosemary collected in the Apennines, which are infused in full-strength alcohol and then diluted with the purest water from Monte Nerone. The gin is then chilled to -15°C for at least three days, filtered, and left to rest for three months before bottling.

On the nose, it exudes delicate, Mediterranean aromas of sage and rosemary, with a floral profile. On the palate, the predominant note is lemon, balanced by other botanicals that lend a light taste and easy blending, suitable both neat and in cocktails.

Ideal for the preparation of light and refined cocktails, such as the White Negroni, or simply enjoyed neat to appreciate its freshness and herbal notes.
