Asti DOCG Secco Up Fontanafredda

The Asti Secco Up of Fontanafredda comes from vineyards located in the heart of the Asti DOCG.

It is obtained entirely from Moscato grapes, pressed whole and slowly fermented in steel tanks with indigenous yeasts. Once the re-fermentation in the autoclave is completed, according to the Charmat method, the dosage is added which gives this bubbles a unique personality.

Straw yellow with greenish reflections, Asti Secco Up by Fontanafredda is characterized by an elegant and persistent perlage. Floral scents of rose and orange blossom dominate the nose, with hints of ripe peach and passion fruit. In the mouth it is soft and fresh, pleasantly balanced, with hints reminiscent of apple and citrus fruits.

Suitable as an aperitif, it goes very well with shellfish, fish and white meats.
