Description

The Asti from Canti's Sparkling line is a sweet sparkling wine obtained from Moscato Bianco grapes grown on the hills of the provinces of Cuneo, Asti, and Alessandria. It is a wine that represents the Piedmont tradition in the production of aromatic sparkling wines, perfect for celebrating important moments with elegance and sweetness.

The winemaking process uses the Charmat method, which involves fermentation in a steel tank to enhance the freshness and aromaticity of the grape variety. The must ferments slowly at low temperature until the desired alcohol content is reached while maintaining a high natural sugar residue.

On appearance, it is straw yellow with golden reflections and features a fine and persistent perlage. The aroma is fresh and fruity, with intense notes of white flowers and yellow-fleshed fruit. On the palate, it is delicately sweet and aromatic, with a pleasant softness that makes it harmonious and refreshing.

Ideal as an aperitif, it pairs perfectly with desserts and fruit.
