The cellar of the Producers of Barbaresco is a historic cooperative of small owners, who cultivate vines in the best areas of the appellation and vinify their grapes together, offering the market labels of excellent quality.

The Rio Sordo cru is located right in the heart of the Barbaresco area and represents one of its best expressions. The best bunches are vinified in steel tanks at a controlled temperature (30 ° C) with maceration on the skins for about a month. The Barbaresco rests for 36 months in oak barrels and for 12 months in the bottle.

In the glass, the wine appears ruby red in color with garnet hues. The nose reveals aromas of black fruits, blackberry, blueberry and black currant, as well as noble spicy and balsamic notes. The sip is structured, with dense and well-mannered tannins and a long persistence.
