Description

Barbera d'Asti Superiore Stradivario is located in the historic Bricco della Pieve vineyard, located within the Cocconato cru.

Produced with 100% Barbera grapes. The must is subjected to short but intense macerations and fermented at increasing temperatures in order to reach the maximum expression of color. The wine is then transferred to new French oak barrels where it remains for 18 months to refine.

Intense ruby red wine with purple hues, it exposes a complex bouquet that seduces the sense of smell with notes of black cherry, raspberry, candied apple and plum, enriched with hints of white pepper and tobacco.

It perfectly accompanies the typical dishes of Piedmontese cuisine and white truffles.

This wine bears the name of the most famous of the violins, Stradivari
