Description

The Barbera D'Asti Rosso Fuoco of the Terredavino Company was born in the renowned hills north of Asti, in an area with low wine density.

It is produced entirely from Barbera grapes, grown without the use of chemicals and then carefully picked and selected. These grapes, organically grown, enjoy an undisputed quality. Vinification takes place traditionally, with subsequent malolactic fermentation and bottle aging.

Barbera D'Asti Rosso Fuoco is characterized by an intense ruby red. The nose opens with an elegant fruity bouquet, enriched with hints of ripe fruit such as plum and black cherry. On the palate it is full-bodied, dry and pleasantly acidic.

It is perfect to combine with grilled white meats with a side dish of mushrooms, it is ideal to serve with stewed meats such as beef stew.
