Description
Barbera La Rocca 33 , takes its name and origin from the homonymous cru which extends for 2 hectares in the heart of the Monferrato Casalese.
The vineyard is worked entirely by hand, taking advantage of the winery's long experience in organic and biodynamic agriculture. After a fermentation carried out in steel containers, the wine ages for a short period in large barrels, a slightly invasive wood that allows you to slightly smooth the hardness traits.
At sight it has a bright ruby red color. The nose opens to fruity hints of cherry and plum, on a background of sweet spices. In the mouth the freshness is perfectly integrated into the fruit and is balanced by a nice softness. Closes in a final of great persistence.
Perfect with meat and roast preparations, but also with soft cheeses. Recommended together with Piedmontese boiled meats.
