Description
Giuseppe Rinaldi's cellar has always represented the traditional and authentic face of the great Barolo, far from modernist trends and drifts. Even today its wines are an example of rigor and loyalty to the land of the Langhe.
The Barolo Tre Tine is the expression of the most ancient custom of the territory of assembling the grapes of several vineyards to obtain a harmonious and balanced wine. The grapes of three crus: Cannubi, San Lorenzo and Ravera, ferment in Slavonian oak vats. The wine rests for at least 36 months in large oak barrels before completing the refinement process in the bottle.
Intense and deep, it has a garnet color and expresses aromas of wild berries, morello cherry, hints of violet, aromas of aromatic herbs, undergrowth and spices. On the palate it has a remarkable structure, with important tannins and complex aromas, which result in a very persistent finish.
To be paired with braised beef in Barolo or stewed beef.
