Description

This Barolo comes from a selection of Nebbiolo grapes from the municipality of Monforte d'Alba, one of the most representative areas of the appellation.

After the harvest, which took place manually in the first half of October, we proceed to a traditional vinification in steel concluded by the malolactic fermentation. The wine ages for 2 years in large French and Slavonian oak barrels and for another 12 months in bottle.

In the glass it shows a ruby red color with garnet reflections. On the nose it expresses aromas of red and black berries, joined by light floral sensations and sweet spices. The sip is elegant and structured, with good austerity.

It is perfect to accompany Piedmontese first courses, red meats and truffle-based preparations.
