Description
SanZavino is the summary of the vineyards owned by the Ripanero di Rionero in Vulture winery, born from the passion of three friends.
It consists of 100% Aglianico grapes, the protagonist of the Ripanero vineyard. A careful and meticulous selection of the grapes allows us to extract the best expression of the terroir. The maceration of the must with the skins has a rather long duration and is followed by an aging in steel for about 12 months.
It is ruby red in the glass. Notes of blackberry, black cherry and pepper follow each other on the nose, as well as the taste, surrounded by a well-present tannin and a velvety softness. The body has an excellent structure, streamlined by the fresh finish. It long persists in a fruity memory.
To be combined with a beef stew.
