The White Spelled Beer from the Petrognola Brewery represents one of the most famous products of the Lucca company. It clearly takes up the style of the Bier Blanche of Belgian tradition, but expresses itself as a totally original product.

This beer has a pale straw color with a slightly persistent foam. The nose is of good elegance, with peppery notes that blend well with citrus hints of cedar. In the mouth it is very pleasant, with a decided aroma of spelled, and a return of spicy and citrus olfactory sensations, with notes of licorice and vanilla in the finish.

The White Spelled is perfect in combination with a pizza or appetizers, also excellent for the aperitif moment.
