Description

Artumes is a Tuscan white wine made from Trebbiano Toscano and Petit Manseng grapes, cultivated in the fertile alluvial soils of Tenuta di Artimino. The name reflects the Etruscan roots of the village, where winemaking dates back to ancient times. It is a wine that expresses the vitality of the territory and the pursuit of elegance through careful and respectful winemaking.

The grapes are harvested and transported to the winery using dry ice to preserve their aromatic integrity. After gentle pressing, the must remains at a low temperature for static clarification. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks, and the wine ages for two months on the fine lees, with periodic bâtonnage to increase complexity and structure, while maintaining intact varietal freshness.

In appearance, it is straw yellow with greenish highlights. On the nose, aromas of yellow flowers, ripe peach, and citrus are prominent, while on the palate, it stands out for its intensity and freshness, with a liveliness that energizes the sip and a clean, persistent finish.

Excellent when paired with dishes based on white fish or grilled vegetables.
