How it is produced
The grapes are harvested and transported to the cellar with dry ice to preserve their aromas. After gentle pressing, the must remains at low temperature for clarification. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel at controlled temperature, followed by two months of aging on fine lees with batonnage. This process enhances the varietal freshness and enriches the wine’s structure.
