Birbet - Mosto Parzialmente Fermentato Malvirà

The Birbet di Malvirà has its origins in the land of the Roero.

It consists of 100% Brachetto long grapes from the Roero, harvested from the areas of Saglietto, Prarino and Trinità, defined by a clayey and calcareous soil. Following the harvest, the grapes ferment in steel tanks. An autoclave refermentation follows which brings effervescence to the wine.

It is presented in a ruby red color. The nose is festive in its lively notes of strawberry, cherry and red roses. The taste-olfactory correspondence is precise and confirms the fruity strawberry trait. It is sweet, without flowing into excess, and maintains an excellent balance thanks to the liveliness of the bubbles and thanks to the freshness.

It goes perfectly with a strawberry tart.
