Description

A wine that smells of sea and land, was born in Tenuta Meraviglia, in the middle of Bolgheri. Red berried grapes give life to this fairytale rosé, fresh and pleasantly scented, and ripen in the sun and wind of a land lapped by the distant sound of the waves. The soil is sandy and rich in skeleton and this composition gives the wine a particular and mineral character.

It vinifies in white and cold, after a short and delicate pressing and ferments spontaneously for 30 days on indigenous yeasts, in cement vats, where it ages for another 3 months on noble lees.

The sense of smell with aromas of red fruit is surprising, among which stand out wild strawberries and raspberry, combined with wild rose. The palate is literally wrapped in excellent minerality and good freshness.

Ideal to drink young and to serve fresh, it is perfect as an accompaniment to appetizers and fish dishes.
