Bourgogne AOC Pinot Noir 2020 Moillard-Grivot

This Pinot Noir from Mollard-Grivot is a model of the great red wines from the Burgundy vineyard. Pinot Noir is a very fragile vine that requires careful attention during the entire vegetative period.

The vinification takes place with a cold maceration that precedes a traditional fermentation with temperature control. The wine ages in steel vats for about 6 months.

Ruby red in color, it fascinates with hints of raspberry and red currant. On the palate it is full and graceful, with aromas of licorice and vanilla to close the taste experience on harmonious tannins.

Ideal for white meats, especially with rabbit meat. It is excellent with lamb and duck dishes, braised meats or cured meats, but also with a vegetable gratin or traditional French cheeses such as Reblochon, Morbier and Emmental.
