Bourgogne Blanc AOC 2017 Domaine Fontaine-Gagnard

Domaine Gagnard is one of the most deeply rooted in the Montrachet territory, from which it knows how to draw the expressive intensity and finesse of its Chardonnay grapes.

Bourgogne Blanc is made up of only Chardonnay grapes, coming from different points of the fortunate area of Montrachet, where the soils are particularly calcareous and clayey. Ferment with indigenous yeasts. Refine for 9 months in oak barrels.

From the straw yellow glass aromatic notes of white-fleshed fruit, linden and elderberry flowers rise against a spicy background. The taste is full, savory and fresh, developed in a soft and persistent sip.

To be combined with some oriental dishes based on pork.
