Description

It stands as the synthesis of the Burgundy white berry, with the guarantee of an exceptional signature: that of Jacques Prieur.

It comes from several vineyards located in some of the areas most suited to the cultivation of Chardonnay, defined by chalky and limestone soils, in the frame of a cool climate and excellent temperature excursions. At the end of alcoholic and malolactic fermentation, this white Burgundy ages for 15 months in oak barrels.

It has a straw yellow color and a sunny scent, where the yellow-fleshed fruit is ripe and fleshy, and the flower recalls white notes like those of jasmine and acacia flower. The taste is round but balanced by a tense freshness. It persists in the finesse of a citrus trace.

Perfect to accompany a fish salad.
