Description

Diesel Farm's Breganze Pinot Nero Nero di Rosso comes from vineyards located in the municipality of Marostica, in the province of Vicenza.

It is entirely produced with Pinot Noir grapes, manually harvested in mid-September. After a short maceration at low temperatures, fermentation takes place in steel at a controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages for 12 months in second passage French oak barrels.

Nero di Rosso by Diesel Farm has an intense ruby red color. The nose opens with a pleasantly intense and fruity bouquet, with notes reminiscent of raisins and fig jam. On the palate it is well structured and round, with perfectly integrated tannins.

Perfect to accompany stewed meats and game, this wine is ideal in combination with aged cheeses.
