Description
Brunello di Montalcino from the Terre Nere winery is produced in Tuscany with 100% Sangiovese Grosso grapes, grown at an altitude of 280 meters with southeast and southwest exposure. The vines grow on soils of dark galestro and sandstone. This wine expresses the authenticity of the Montalcino territory and the production philosophy of the winery, aimed at elegance and longevity.
Vinification involves 40 days of maceration in stainless steel, followed by three years of aging in large barrels and two years in the bottle, to express finesse and complexity.
It has an intense and brilliant color in appearance. The bouquet is dominated by ripe red fruits, enriched by light menthol notes and hints of tobacco. On the palate, it is elegant and structured, with soft and silky tannins and good acidity that ensures great aging potential.
